UIPCO partners with eThekwini Municipality and precinct stakeholders to support effective service delivery in defined Special Rating Areas (SRAs). We help create vibrant, inclusive urban environments that protect property values, encourage investment, and improve day-to-day experiences for residents, workers, and visitors.
What We Do
We deliver practical urban-management support through cleanliness services, public-space maintenance coordination, stakeholder helpdesk services, and on-the-ground reporting of issues affecting the precinct. We work with municipal departments and relevant public authorities to help resolve service faults and support a functional, welcoming city environment.
